We will gladly refund, exchange or replace any product* which fails to meet your expectations within 7 days of receiving your product. Please contact us in advance to obtain an RA# and get specific instructions on how to return items to us. All products must be returned in original condition including the original packaging and must be accompanied with the invoice.
